Gracie O’Brien, LME, PCT, RYT-200

I first stepped on my mat in 2016 and have been immersed in my yoga practice ever since. By 2019 I was RYT-200 certified and am excited to continue with my 300-hour certification in Rishikesh, India in 2026. With over 250 hours of additional training in Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, and more recently, functional yoga, I have a multi-disciplinary approach to understanding the mind-body connection. Spending much of the first few years of my career teaching private lessons, these 1-on-1s were where I really harnessed the belief that every body requires a unique practice that comes through repeatedly strengthening your mind-body connection via asana and pranayama. My philosophies most closely align with those of Tantric yoga, in that there is no need to be “good” rather than to just be present and aware. With presence, we may have the room to understand and connect our mind, body, and breath to become closer to ourselves and each other.

A few years later, in 2022, I began my journey in esthetics. With over 1400 hours of education, I am dual licensed as a Licensed Esthetician in Indiana and a Master Esthetician in Virginia. I do not share the common ideals in the beauty industry - I am aiming for health and happiness rather than perfect skin. If the goal of a treatment is to “fix” something, it is implicated that there is something wrong with the individual. I am here to hold space for you and your skin’s health as it is, knowing that perfection isn’t of interest but cancer & disease prevention, treating painful breakouts, and presenting yourself authentically, are. I am trained in multiple product lines and modalities and am eager to offer paramedical tattoo services in 2026. Stay tuned :)
